Versatile bolting head
SRUB2S bolting head can be customized for using split set bolts only, or resin bolts only, or combined both bolts. The bolts handler capacity for split set in 10 pcs, resin is 10 pcs, and combined both is 6 pcs split set +6pcs resin at the same time. Also resin conveying system and mesh handling arm are quipped on bolting head, by working together they can complete the meshing, drilling and bolting processes consistently and quickly.

Specialized rock drill for bolting is designed in short length, big power and high stability. 8kw rock drill is starndard, and higher power 10 kw rock drill is optional.

SRUB2S boom is specially designed for bolting. It can rotate by 360°, and the upward and downward holes can be drilled. The direct positioning control can meet the operating if any angle of the top and side of the drifts.

Application

SRUB2S rock bolting rig with long boom design is developed for using in various drift sizes from small to medium. It can install most common rock nolts like split set or resin bolts from 1.5m to 2.5m length. The suitable cross-sections(w*h) is from minimum 3m*2.8m to maximum 5.6*5.1m.
